I’m excited to launch Workforce 2035 — Designing the Workforce of 2035, a global advisory council bringing Gen Z and Gen Alpha perspectives into research and business strategy on AI, work, and digital futures.

As AI, autonomy, and digital cognition reshape how organisations create value, it’s critical that the voices of those entering and inherging the future workforce help guide how we design it.

The council will provide insight into emerging expectations around work, technology, productivity, and the evolving relationship between humans and machines. This initiative will help inform my ongoing research and business initiatives focused on workforce transformation and future organisational capacity.

We are seeking globally diverse Gen Z and Gen Alpha members who are curious about the future of work, technology, and society. Members will participate in a 45–60 minute virtual advisory session every two months.
