About Me

A mother, step-mother, strategist, leader, and lifelong learner passionate about how artificial intelligence and human insight can combine to create more empathetic, efficient, and forward-thinking organisations.
I currently serve as CEO of a holding company focused on acquiring and scaling recruitment businesses through strategic investment and organic growth. Alongside this, I’m a trustee of a UK-registered grant-giving charity, supporting initiatives that create lasting social impact.
With over 28 years of cross-sector experience, I’ve built expertise in leadership, strategy, management and operational excellence, talent acquisition and retention, corporate recovery, and stakeholder engagement. I’ve had the privilege of working with global brands such as Shell, BP, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Deloitte, collaborating with diverse, high-performing teams across Professional Services, Telecommunications, Retail, Energy, and Public sectors.
An alumna of Harvard Business School in Boston, Massachusetts, and Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, I bring together academic discipline and real-world strategy to explore how AI adoption, leadership, and organisational design will define the next generation of work.
Beyond business and research, I’m deeply curious about the world — and the mechanics of flight, rhythm, and motion. I enjoy flying helicopters, shooting and archery, water sports, and learning to play the drums — each a reminder that precision, balance, and rhythm matter as much in life as they do in leadership.
This blog is a space to share insights across AI, strategy, leadership, and human potential — reflecting my ongoing pursuit to understand not only how technology is changing work, but how we can make that change deeply human.
